Go Cold Turkey ... Then See What You Really Need

Instead of choosing to fill our time with things that matter such as family, friends and community, we spend our time watching hours of meaningless TV. We rush out (and pay good money) to watch movies that display things so immoral we ban our children from seeing them. Sporting events, reality shows, celebrity channels, online games are nothing but time killers. People, God has given us a very short time to put to death our selfish desires and be about His business. And yet we sit, hour after hour, being “entertained” by mindless sensory input. Shame on us!
